Memories Preserved: Digital Archiving Project

Ages:
18+
Cost:
$15 per participant
  • About This Program

Memories Preserved invites participants to embark on a journey of discovery, creativity, and connection by learning the basics of Adobe Photoshop to create a digital collage celebrating our collective history. In this workshop, participants explore the art of mixed media collaging and photo manipulation using digital tools and techniques, weaving together moments, places, and cherished stories into a tapestry of shared remembrance. Reflect on your heritage and create a digital archive that celebrates and preserves your unique story.

We encourage participants to bring photos, family recipes, postcards, handwritten letters, or any other cherished items to scan using our 2D scanner for their collage. Please note: any items brought in will not be kept; they will be scanned by the participant and used solely for the purpose of creating their collage.
