  • About This Program

Is your child’s imagination overflowing with characters and stories? Do they dream of visiting far off places? Participants will learn the basics of drama and channel their creativity in this theater workshop tailored to beginners.

Designed for younger students, “Lights, Set, Action!” is designed to teach the basics of acting out stories, participating in group scenes and performing in front of others. Gain a greater understanding of theater while learning the intricacies of performing through fun, theatrical warm-ups, character-building activities and teamwork exercises.

This is one workshop they will remember for a lifetime.

    About The Artist

Tiffany Bryant-Jackson began her life in theatre when she entered Elon University's theatre program in 1998. She made the move to Charlotte in 2006 and has been blessed to work with numerous local production companies. In all her pursuits she feels most passionate about sharing theatre with young audiences and introducing the stage to a diverse group of students. She believes every theatre experience is a seed planted and when nurtured will grow a community.
