  • About This Program

The foundation of a person’s life is the heart and the healthier the heartbeat, the better one feels. Join Kojo Bey and Drums 4 Life for an uplifting 50-piece drum circle! Participants will learn the history of the percussion instruments along with basic drumming techniques before forming an interactive, multigenerational drum circle.

Drumming allows us to explore our inner voice and express our unique rhythms in a fully engaged way. You’ll connect on a deeper level with your inner life force and will leave the workshop exhilarated. What better way to usher in the holidays?
