Africana Studies Department at UNC Charlotte is collaborating with the Harvey B. Gantt Center as the intellectual partner for the exhibition Cash Crop
In conjunction with the exhibit Cash Crop, Janaka Lewis, Ph.D and Malin Pereira, Ph.D., Professors of Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, will explore the biographies and other representation of enslavement in African American Literature.
Galleries will be open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
