Bold, Inclusive Conversations® Facilitator Certification Program

The Gantt Center has partnered with the Winters Group to host an intensive three-day "Bold, Inclusive Conversations" training as part of our newly launched Initiative for Equity + Innovation.

Facilitators, leaders, and D&I practitioners who enroll in this three-day experience will be certified to facilitate two-hour and 1/2 day workshops on Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations® within their organizations. This highly interactive, skill building learning experience will leverage the methods shared in the timely We Can’t Talk About That At Work! How to Talk About Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics by Mary-Frances Winters and provide facilitators with the content, tools, and competencies necessary to strengthen their organization’s capacity to engage in effective dialogue across differences.  This certification program is designed for trainers, D&I practitioners, and leaders within organizations who are seeking to enhance their D&I training portfolio with learning modules that build managers’ and employees’ competencies in engaging in difficult conversations.
